| The proposed service area for the SBMB is WIRA 7 below the 2500 foot elevation down to the beginning of the Snohomish River estuary approximately 2 miles down stream or to the north of where Hwy 2 crosses the Snohomish River in Everett. This will include major portions of the Skykomish, Snoqualmie, Pilchuck and Snohomish River watersheds. |
